Selection Procedure
Rigorous vetting procedure is followed for verification and background checksat the time of recruitment and selection.
Background checks are undertaken by our own company. Each candidate has to undergo Medical / Fitness test before his induction in the company.
Management & Supervision
A management team will be placed onsite in order to more efficiently oversee personnel and to provide for an instantaneous managed response to any security or safety- sensitive situation.

Training
TRAINING
DFMS strictly follows the curriculum laid down by the PSARA Act. Proper Training is given to staff before recruitment. We have special facilities for Imparting Indoor & Outdoor training.
